Shipping policy
All Complicated Creature™ products are custom-made after an order is placed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Please review the estimated production and shipping times below before placing your order.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days of the order date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by product, destination, carrier, or fulfillment provider.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Available U.S. shipping options include:
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Standard shipping: $6.99
- Express shipping: $15.00
Shipping methods and rates available for your order will be displayed at checkout. Express shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten the production period.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, products ordered, and package size.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Orders containing multiple products may be produced by different fulfillment providers and arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Complicated Creature™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@complicatedcreature.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfillment has begun.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
