Refund Policy

All products in our store are custom, made-to-order items fulfilled by Printify. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at travisctec@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a free reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Size or color exchanges
  • Change of mind
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please contact us at travisctec@gmail.com to initiate this process.
